TEXT IN A DESIGN--About Text in a Design Text in a design can be as short as a sentence or even a single word (such as in a heading or title), or it can consist of many paragraphs spread over a number of pages. In a design, text is always placed in one or more text frames. When you first open a design, you will find sample text in each text frame. Short blocks of text are usually contained in a single text frame, but longer blocks might be contained in any number of linked frames. When frames are linked, the text flows from one frame to the next linked frame until all the required text has been placed. If the text flows across more than one frame, a blue border shows around all linked frames when you move your mouse over one of them. | |
